WorkTimeCheck is designed so its core calculators can be used without an account. Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not intentionally submitted to WorkTimeCheck as employee time records.
Technical and analytics data
Hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested pages. WorkTimeCheck uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information and interactions. Google Analytics may receive technical identifiers including IP-derived information in accordance with Google’s service configuration and policies. Calculator entries are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics as employee time records.
Cookies
WorkTimeCheck does not require an account cookie to use its calculators. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage. Advertising services are not currently required to use the calculators; if advertising services are introduced, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
